Trump Lies - And the Death of a Cable Network is a sad story about a Dethroned King who has become a Court Jester.

The once powerful man is now a joke, but he is also dangerous because, beneath his costume, there lurks a heart as dark as the devil's soul. 

His power to entice and destroy puts the entire kingdom in peril. Instead of banishing the evil entity, those in power let him continue entertaining. 

He takes center stage each night, to the delight of a few of with the most control. 

In the end, all perished. But the ones who suffer the most are those that worked to return the evil king to power. 

I'm trying to have a little fun here. Because listening to Trump and watching his Republican followers laugh and clap when he makes a joke of "sexual assault" is difficult and depressing.

What are we going to tell our children about that?

As for CNN, it's ratings plunge will continue. Here's why. Young digital consumers do NOT watch Cable News. Not that CNN is a news network anymore. 

E.Jean Carroll Wins Her Name Back - Trump Found Liable for Sexual Assault and Defamation.

After only four hours of deliberation, a Manhattan jury in New York found former President Donald J. Trump liable for sexually assaulting and defaming writer E. Jean Carroll.

The jury of six men and three women awarded Carroll $5 million in damages.

The jury dismissed the rape charge. I explain.

A new Washington Post - ABC News Political Survey or Opinion Poll includes bad News for President Joe Biden. BUT!!! And it's a big BUT! The poll is worthless. 

First, it is too earlier in the presidential election cycle to matter. The election is more than 18 months away. 

And more importantly, less than one thousand registered votes were questioned. And of those who are registered, there were more people who Lean Republican than Lean Democrat. Not a good sampling. 

It is good for only one thing. It allows me to remind all of you to "IGNORE POLLS!" And Vote.

Donald Trump's Rape and Defamation Deposition video was released, in part, on Friday, May 5. The Judge allowed the release of about 48 minutes of the former President's testimony on video. I have a link to the video on my website https://gloriamoraga.com/

The deposition is classic Donald Trump - he boasts, he insults and yes, he is caught in lies. 

The Jury in the E. Jean Carroll Rape and Defamation case is expected to begin deliberations next week.

The New York Times is reporting on the Text Message that former Fox Host, Tucker Carlson sent to a producer. According to The Times, this text message, and possibly many more, led to the firing of Carlson, one of Fox's most-watched talking heads.

And according to reports, the texts prompted the network to settle a multi-million dollar lawsuit with Dominion Voting Systems.

Writer E. Jean Carroll spent two days on the witness stand in a Federal Court House in New York this past week. The civil case does not mandate that the accused, Donald Trump, be present during the trial. But he did post comments on social media.

Carroll has accused the former president of rape and defamation. Trump has denied all charges. 

This follow-up episode focuses on the trial and Carroll's two days on the witness stand.

On Monday, April 24, Two Cable TV Personalities were Fired. Don Lemon worked for CNN. Tucker Carlson worked for Fox Corp. It appears it was just a coincidence that the two high-profile television talents were axed on the same day, just about an hour apart. 

As different as they are, a similar thread runs through their careers. And how they acted is a lesson for everybody who communicates. That's all of us. 

The Rape and Defamation lawsuit filed by writer E. Jean Carroll against Donald Trump goes to Trial this coming week.

Jury selection will begin on Tuesday, April 25, in a Federal Court in New York.

Trump's legal team has attempted to delay, delay, delay. But the Judge is not buying it.

The case stems from an alleged attack in a New York department store in the mid-1990s.

Carroll was able to sue Trump thanks to the New York Adult Survivors Act that extends the statute of limitations for sexual assault victims to sue the perpetrators for damages.
