Women continue to be hurt by COVID 19.
More than 2.3 million women have left the workforce since February 2020.
Millions left the workforce to care for their children and to handle education responsibilities. The ones I've spoken with are not complaining. "Kids come first," is what I've heard.
Still, it's going to be tough to get back to where we were. Now is a good time to talk to a woman you know. And say Thank you.

Here’s a story mainstream media has missed...how the Pandemic setback years of advancement of women in the workplace. Gloria is fearless as she unravels the numbers in a story so unreal many are just too numb to address it...let alone figure a way to pick up the pieces. Staggering really.
