We all need something to recharge our battery cells,not the ones in toys or flashlights our inner cells, our inner humanness. Gloria talks about the power of going to the beach and restoring our drive, our need to be around less stress. Been a minute since I’ve been to the beach and while I’m not going any time soon. I felt just a little calmer and focused than I did 10 mins ago. Not shocking just sometimes we need a little reminder. Bravo glo.
